My mom and I came into Toyota Oxmoor on Saturday looking for 2 new cars after having been sharing an old 2005 Chevy Tahoe that had over 300,000 miles on it. Just imagine two girls getting out of a beaten up suv, my mom was also on crutches. As it was evident we didn't look like the two customers most salesmen would want to spend their day walking around a lot answering questions. Dacoda greeted us with a kind smile and proceeded to show us all throughout their inventory. After seeing every car they had available we walked over to their trucks and Dacoda showed us girls the only 2025 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition they had. My mom fell in love and we decided to look at numbers. After the quick service we decided to go through with it and purchase this beast of a truck. Dacoda was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process, from the hello to the goodbye. He wasn't that typical "car salesman" who manipulates you into buying. He honestly answered every question we had and never made us feel like we were pressured into buying something. Though my mom found her dream car, I was still looking for one. Dacoda sat with me and explored all of my options and opened my eyes to the 2025 Toyota Crown Signia, a slick luxury styled suv that I would have never thought of. As having worked in sales for 10 years, I can proudly say Dacoda is the kind of salesman Toyota should be proud to have apart of their team. He is personable, kind, honest, funny, a joy to work with and he makes you feel comfortable that it is YOUR decision with making such a large purchase. He is there to help you make the best one. I highly recommend him to everyone who comes into Toyota, he was also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to every car in their lot and a pleasure to work with. 1000/10
