Terrell B. was great! Not pressuring or fast talking. Answered all questions. Courteous and professional! When attempting to negotiate "the big boss had to come out of his office" as par for the course. He swiftly and pleasantly denied our request to take $500 off for some blemishes in the paint. I was surprised over that small of an amount. It's a drop in the bucket for them to make the customer feel heard and address the paint concerns. That would have gotten the 5 star review. But haggling hasn't really been a thing since Covid. With interest rates and prices maybe going nuts again in 25, it's still a seller's market. Didn't feel like walking away because it's been hard to find the mileage and price point I've been looking for. Overall didn't feel completely ripped off. Love the car. Buying a car is never an enjoyable experience, but it was less terrible here!
