We visited the Toyota Oxmoor dealership located on Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Kentucky. We were greeted by three gentlemen standing outside as sales representatives. They were not pushy or rude . They were very friendly even with that quick greeting. Very polite. One of them, with whom we made eye contact, was named Joe D. He took the initiative and ownership of the process, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, politeness, and a willingness to accommodate any requests we made. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter such a highly skilled, world-class salesperson. Additionally, their insurance agent was quick and very polite, even when we declined their third-party insurance offer. He remained calm and friendly throughout the interaction. At the end of our visit, we met with Jason, who processed our purchase smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The level of professionalism displayed by the Toyota Oxmoor team was exceptional specially Joe and Jonathon . Furthermore, when I asked Mr. Joe about different types of services for my daughter's car, he referred us to the service department, which was about to close. We ended up meeting with Jonathan, the assistant service manager. I cannot express enough how kind and professional Jonathan was. He went above and beyond to ensure that our questions were answered accurately and with thorough analysis. I used to be a manager in Marriott hospital Lu services as a cheif Engineer and be Manager of Duty all the time in various occasions. So I know these great services does not happen over night. Great team. We would like to thank all these team members for making the purchase of our used 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring so pleasant. My wife and I have no regrets about our decision
