Worked with Joseph to buy a pre-owned 2024 Rav 4. Easy process. Had an appointment. Did a test drive, all questions were answered. Cost and fees were clearly laid out as well as my options for financing. They tried to talk me into extra warranties, etc at the end, which is standard everywhere. But I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Overall a good experience and I have a vehicle I'm happy with.
